NEW ORLEANS, Oct. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — The Customer Management Practice just announced Robert Herjavec as «The CCW Shark» Keynote at Customer Contact Week. CCW, the world’s largest customer contact event series, is running three iterations of the event in 2018. The first iteration of CCW will be held January 22-25 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
