On November 14, 2017, during the corruption trial of three former executives of FIFA (Fédération Internationale of Football Association), witness testimony from a former executive of the sports-marketing company Torneos y Competencias SA revealed that Fox Sports had paid bribes for the purpose of obtaining multiyear broadcasting rights for the coverage of tournaments in order to further its goal of expanding its television rights throughout the Americas, «from Argentina to the U.S.A.»

KSF’s investigation is focusing on whether Fox’s officers and/or directors breached their fiduciary duties to Fox’s shareholders or otherwise violated state or federal laws.

If you have information that would assist KSF in its investigation, or have been a long-term holder of Fox shares and would like to discuss your legal rights, you may, without obligation or cost to you, call toll-free at 1-877-515-1850 or email KSF Managing Partner Lewis Kahn ([email protected]).
